The laptop does not see the phone (the phone does not charge), what can I do?
The phone itself does not turn on, when you try to connect to a PC, a laptop does not see it either. What can be done about it?

There can be anything:
- the phone
is faulty - the cord
is faulty - the USB port is faulty
Localization of the problem is obvious:
- try to charge from charging
- change the cord
- change the port
And so - "regular telepaths are on vacation"...

You need to update / reinstall the drivers, enable the MTP option on the device when connected, also try to change the option, like the camera, and even if there is one. Something should work.
