The laptop automatically turns on when power is applied. What is the problem ?

The HP Rpobook 6570b laptop started to start immediately when the power supply was connected, but there was no picture on the screen. I tried other power supplies, the story is the same ... I connected it to a bare motherboard, leaving only the processor, it also starts without any other light signals, sounds, etc. etc. What could be the problem with the board?

Check the bios - maybe there is a similar setting.

In the power / charge controller?
Starts how? Starts to spin the disk and fan, but does not boot? Is the processor cold?
Maybe there's some tricky power option in the BIOS.
