The keyboard intermittently stops working. What could be?

Periodically, combinations like " Shift +{any of the keys of the number line (which is higher than qwerty, with symbols: ! @ # ...( ) - + )}" stop working. And at the same time, combinations like "Shift + {буква}"or just pressing numbers work, so with the closed clave, the option does not sound very realistic.
I tried to rollback / update the drivers for the keyboard - the result is 0.

There are two options here -

• Or the keyboard is faulty
  
• Or an extraterrestrial intelligence is trying to contact you.

Did you flood the keyboard? Considering the cost, I would replace. Here the matter is most likely in the closure of individual keys (the tracks are heavily oxidized or specific keys fail)
