The keyboard does not work in safe mode, what should I do?

I caught a virus and couldn’t remove it in any way, the antivirus couldn’t install everything was blurry (I pressed Win + r to see autoload but it didn’t work), I had to go into safe mode and now I can’t exit because my keyboard doesn’t work, who knows what to do?

Hard reset(reboot, restart, etc). At worst, remove the plug from the socket. If a laptop, then hold the power button for a few seconds.
