Does your IP address change after enabling VPN? This can mean two scenarios:
In the first case, you need to look at the connection log and look for errors in it. Googling further errors and trying to understand the problem.
In the second case , if the OpenVPN GUI client is used to connect, then it requires a forced launch through the right click on the shortcut → run as administrator . Even if you are already logged in as administrator. The problem is described here .
