The Internet drops very much when the network is loaded, what should I do?

It all started yesterday, I have a few people in my family and they all use the Internet, everything was as usual, and I just decided to put the game on the jump. And then everyone starts saying that the Internet doesn’t really work, I thought what the hell?
After all, before I calmly downloaded programs / games and no one complained. Well, I decided to call the provider, they told me that there was a huge load on the network from our side. And then the question arises, why? After all, before I could play an online game while downloading another one and no one complained (everyone also used the Internet). At these moments, the download speed drops to 3 mbps.

They eat a solid piece of the strip for themselves each (conditionally 4 utupchiks in parallel). You add a fifth stream, the router does not understand which of the streams has priority, or even gives it to download, and it starts to slow down for everyone.
Why did it work before, ceteris paribus - before, you didn’t sit so much on YouTube, and / or didn’t watch full HD / 4k videos, but watched 240p from strength, the dependence of the band on the size is quadratic. This is where they ate it all up.
