The inkjet pours less paint towards the end of the sheet, who is to blame and what to do?

Yes, by the end of the sheet of paint the cat cried, although the cartridge is refilled to the very best ...
... if you arrange a nozzle test, a mesh immediately after the filled sheet, then individual nozzles print very well, but everything is in place, a vertical line, only partially.
The cartridge is an old hp45 pigment ink, those are no sponges, the ink is just in the bag, and the negative pressure there is supported by a spring that expands the bag.
The same situation with a new, original cartridge.
Is it possible that this is an electrical problem?

With an electrical problem there would be no dependence on "to the end of the sheet".
If the effect depends on what is printed "one letter per line" or "black square", then it's either the pressure or the viscosity of the ink.
But you have ruled out these problems with a new original cartridge, unless it is a couple of years out of date.

A similar effect is possible both with a lack and with an excess of ink / pressure.
To completely eliminate the cartridge, try to equalize the pressure:
1 push the ball inside the bag
2 squeeze the cartridge with your left hand and at the same time insert a new ball (suitable for a bicycle steering bearing)
3 Since you still “weakly” squeeze the cartridge, there will be excess pressure inside - for To equalize the pressure, place the cartridge with nozzles on a napkin and squeeze again several times. We stop pressing after the ink stops flowing out of the nozzles, on weight, and collects in a drop.
4 wipe the nozzles with a clean napkin and press it against the napkin for 2 seconds - if the remaining stripes are thick and the same, and a drop does not accumulate on the nozzles, everything will work.
It is fashionable to "pump" PS nozzles with a syringe with a rubber tip by pumping clean water directly through the nozzles (with the ball pushed out of course), it is even more efficient to pump steam from the steam generator instead of water.
