The initial state of owl carousel is not initialized?

Hello! There is a news slider composed of two interacting owl-carousel , which works by switching both the arrows and the names of the menu items in the right block.
There are 2 bugs: 1 - the initial state of the menu item is not initialized, it throws an error in the carouselInitialized function

Uncaught TypeError: el.find is not a function

I did it according to the principle of the first version , but everything worked properly in the afterInit callback function
