The income gap between the office and freelancing?

Good day. When viewing vacancies, let's say the average salary for the position of layout designer is in the region of 50-60k.r. But on freelance, an ordinary layout designer cannot earn such an amount. Why such a big income gap?

Firstly, layout designers who have passed interviews and proved to be the best among other applicants get into the office. And in freelancing, everyone fights for an order, including those who did not get into the office. Secondly, for more or less serious programmers, the gap may no longer be in favor of the office.

What's stopping them from making money?
I know freelancing workbenches with which they have a queue of 200k per month.
If a sensible person, he will always earn more freelancing if you don’t take some greatly inflated salaries from giants like Google and Apple

perhaps because in freelancing, the customer needs universal specialists who can correct both the backing and the front on the project (including the layout), and even draw the design)). The customer may not understand technology and he is too lazy to look for a new specialist for each task, he needs a station wagon))

Pf, 60k. At one time I made up one page in the same budget on freelance.
There is one FL guy who did purely html / css layout and didn’t write a single line in js, didn’t even connect plugins (carousels, pop ups, etc.). There, he got 300 thousand only per month on the BS) And how many other projects were going on besides a safe deal? And there are many such examples in layout, there are people who earn more than on turnkey sites. Although the gap in the salary between the layout designer and the full stack is also large.

Remote work is not freelancing. There is nothing more to add. No one forbids officially finding a job, working from home, and getting even more than someone out there from the office. The only question is skills. Well, find the right employer.
