My hotspot is disabled when I lock the screen! What to do? I do not have "wi-fi in sleep mode" in the settings! I have a redmi 8a phone and miui 11 firmware.

Add the wifi sharing application to the power optimization exception. It's there by default, I don't know why you removed it.
