The situation is this,
now I will publish my application on the android market (paid), I am an individual, do I need to draw up a EULA? and offer to accept it at the first start, and so on. Or is it possible without it?

Of course you need. See what Digital River (shareware seller) recommends www.developer-resource.com/how-to-license-software.htm . Below is a link to the Sample EULA .

But! If the product is serious, then be sure to consult a specialized lawyer. Fortunately, there are no problems with this.
