Do I need to write a EULA?
The situation is this,
now I will publish my application on the android market (paid), I am an individual, do I need to draw up a EULA? and offer to accept it at the first start, and so on. Or is it possible without it?

Of course you need. See what Digital River (shareware seller) recommends www.developer-resource.com/how-to-license-software.htm . Below is a link to the Sample EULA .
And kick me to any of my contacts (unfortunately, you didn't list any of yours), there's another template from ASP.
But! If the product is serious, then be sure to consult a specialized lawyer. Fortunately, there are no problems with this.
