I decided to defragment the HDD, but going into the standard utility I did not find it there, although before that it had always been there.
The disk is defined always and everywhere, on it, at the moment, there are games that I calmly play.

1. Defragment SSD - pour water from empty to empty. Never do that. If you have scheduled defragmentation enabled for this drive, then exclude this drive from the schedule.
2. When you start the system, you are not prompted to check drive D?
Usually, defragmentation is prohibited if the OS found errors on it or there was a crash in the file system.
