The font in firefox under linux is not rendered correctly. How to fix?

Xubuntu 14.10\firefox 35\compiz. Turning anti-aliasing on and off and changing dpi do nothing. The letters are still overlapping. The font itself is worth it.9868a3ce3fe34cf5aeae864a4ae17810.png

Yes, FF on Linux has problems not only with fonts.
Try a little letter-spacing, barely noticeable. ON FF, this property is slightly exaggerated compared to other browsers.
