The explanatory book on unix and networks?

Good afternoon,
there was a desire to deal with linux and how it interacts with the network (in general, how the network works is also to be understood :)).
I found this book www.ozon.ru/context/detail/id/2881910/.
The year of publication is a bit old, on the other hand, S.Makkonel - Perfect The code was also not written in 2015 :)
I would be glad to hear an opinion about the book by Stevens - Unix network programming.

@Olej

What does McConnell have to do with it?
By reference:
Stevens' books (everything!) are the best on network programming and UNIX programming in general. Written before 1999, but nothing better was written later.

A good book on networks from Tanenbaum, Computer Networks.
