The download action window is missing. How to fix?

When downloading any type of file, a window for selecting actions appeared, but now it has disappeared, and for example, when downloading an archive, it immediately downloads it to the "downloads" folder. I don’t know what happened, maybe firefox has been updated, maybe the settings have fallen off. I've looked all over the internet looking for the problem, but I haven't been able to find an answer. Reinstalled firefox, removed confiq, c, reset all sorts of settings. Also in the settings all types of files disappeared. Help if anyone knows what the problem is.
