Why fonts may not load in mobile browsers?

The following issue occurred on the page below:
One of the fonts loads in both fox and chrome on desktop, but on phone it has problems in both browsers.
upd: In mobile firefox, the site opened for the first time just today.
Clarification: there are two fonts - Roboto and Lobster.
The second one won't load. Problems with the license?...

Have a free font? I doubt.
Most likely due to the fact that the second font is not converted to a format suitable for browsers?
I recommend that you use the GoogleFonts service , and connect fonts from it. Especially if these fonts are already there. Then there will be no such problems, and for a number of users these fonts will be loaded from the cache...

1. Check for different font formats, whether the files are broken.
2. Place on the same server as the site, check the paths. You will see more details in the console (press F12)
