The domain registration period has expired, I decided to transfer it to a new one. How to be with an index of the old?

Good evening gentlemen. I have a question.
I had a site on my domain, during the year Yandex managed to index 30,000 pages. A year later, it was necessary to renew the domain, but I did not want to pay 2k rubles (.cash) and decided to launch the site again a little later on a new domain. So, the time has not yet passed for the domain to be released and exit the PS index, what should I do? Wait until the previous domain is out of the index, or don't worry about it, because sooner or later will it fly out?
I will clarify that the page structure of most pages has changed, both visually and by url (changed the system for selecting materials, corrected the design). But the changes were not large, the output of information remained practically the same.
Sorry for the long question, it's better to explain in detail than to mislead people)

In fact, if the page structure is changed, then you can already launch the site on a new domain, but indexing and so on will start from scratch. In any case, search engines will see a "new project" in the site, but this may entail some consequences. If you knew that you would not renew the domain, you had to launch the project on the new domain about a quarter before the registration deadline for the old one, and carry out simple actions, where the main ones are: Installing a 301 redirect from the old domain to the new one, setting up the robots file, or rather editing A link to the site (replace the old one with the new address) and indicate the new address of the site maps, without changing the structure of the site. Then add a new domain to Webmaster's accounts and select a new domain as the main mirror. After that, all the indicators would be transferred to the new domain in two or three ups, and the old one would have quietly retired. At least my practice has shown this method to be the most effective when moving a site to a new domain.

2k straight millions ... To regret laying out 2k for a normal site in order to create problems for yourself. This is ours.
