The question is more of a cognitive nature from the "how it works" series.
I see that Russian registrars and resellers are gradually increasing prices for registration/renewal in the .ru zone - motivated by the growth of the dollar.
So it became curious: what is inside the service of such a dollar that pulled such a sharp increase in prices? From each domain, a certain share is paid to some international organization? If so, then what is the approximate share - 0.1% or 50% goes over the hill? For, as far as I understand, the .ru domain is, on the one hand, a national domain and the infrastructure is located with us, on the other hand. in fact, any domain is the property of an American organization. Or is the increase just a payment for the technical infrastructure - we buy servers for dollars, and in the service the ruble salary of the service personnel is small, but the share of server capacities is large?

As far as I understand, national domains ru and rf are coordinated by this organization - www.cctld.ru/ru/about , they also give licenses to registrars. I have not heard anything about the connection of Russian domains with ICANN.
cctld.ru has a minimum price of a domain in rubles, for a registrar, 85 or so. And this price has not changed. All other mark-ups are made by registrars and resellers based on their perception of the right price.
The increase in prices may be due to the general expenses of registrars and resellers, which they have in euros / dollars, or the desire to earn. Or we don't know something. =)

The problem is not that the dollar has grown, but that the ruble and the hryvnia have fallen, which means prices for everything will rise. In Ukraine, grandmothers in the bazaar raised milk prices, arguing for the growth of the dollar.

r01.ru still offers partners/resellers 85 rubles each. domains in the .ru zone including renewal. You can become a partner by adding a one-time account balance of 20k rubles. (perhaps now the threshold has changed, it is necessary to clarify).
