The disk space occupied by the site is growing uncontrollably, what should I do?
A site on Bitrix should take 4 gigabytes (as it was originally), and takes about 20 gigabytes. There are versions that either backups have accumulated, or pictures are duplicated when automatically imported to the site.
In which folder does Bitrix save backups? How to analyze pictures?
Tell me how best to build an analysis (after all, I hand it over to sort through folders and files - it's too expensive).

Backups are saved either to the cloud or to the /bitrix/backup/ folder.
The list of backups is available from the admin panel.
Variants, because of which the amount of space occupied is growing:
1) automatic backup is enabled, while obsolete backups are not deleted
2) the site is designed incorrectly, and the amount of cached data is growing.
3) there are a lot of pictures on the site, and the volume of images that are formed when resizing the original pictures is growing
4) errors in setting access rights, and Bitrix does not have enough rights to automatically delete the obsolete cache.
Чтобы понять, какая именно папка занимает большой объем, подключитесь по ssh к серверу и воспользуйтесь утилитой du, которая покажет, что и сколько занимает. Я обычно смотрю объем занимаемого места командой
du -h --max-depth=1
