The .dhpcd process loads the i5 processor at 100%. What to do?

Hello!
On a Centos server, the .dhpcd process loads the i5 processor at 100% when issuing the top command.
The sites installed on the server, the Internet and communication with the server periodically fall off. How can this problem be fixed?
