The developer account on Google Play was blocked without warning. what to do?

There were no other letters warning about a possible block. The application was created for migrant workers, distributed free of charge (does not charge for any of its services).
Wrote an appeal to the GP support service, while silence.
Advise what else there
is a risk that we will not receive an answer and the data on us in their system will become outdated and then it will be impossible to receive an answer at all.

Written "For previous violations by this or other accounts."
Remember Google knows EVERYTHING about you (everything in general).

I have routed your ticket to the Policy team for further assistance, they will reach out the moment they have a update.

14 days have passed with no response.
The application works for those who sang it to download, they write good reviews to us by contact number and ask us to open the application for download. It was very convenient for migrants from the CIS countries who came to Russia to earn money to support their families to find useful information in the mobile application and they want to share it with friends, but alas, we are still blocked.
