The desktop version of the site received 80 points for loading speed, and the mobile version 20. Is it purely due to the theme, or are WordPress features superimposed?
Google's mobile download speed test gives a maximum of 20 points for the mobile version. Visually, it loads just as fast as the desktop one. I can not understand where such a difference comes from and how to identify the problem and fight?

Usually
95% is a WordPress theme.
5% is caching of the WP, server, etc.
95% includes loading fonts, many js, css files, pictures.
All this should be postponed for loading later. Or merge into one file, if it is impossible to postpone due to layout.
I'll try to answer my own question - Page Speed, when checked, simulates an average mobile device and an average PC. And since mobile phones are often used quite old and slow, so Page Speed is especially picky about the mobile version.
