The deployment functionality in phpStorm disappeared, how so?

I worked, I worked, it's time to unload the work, I right-click on the directory in the project tree, Deploy to .. no, Sync no .., okay, I look at Tools, also no, ok, File-> settings-> Build, Execution. Deployment and there is nothing on the deployment. Maybe someone faced this?

Deleted the folder with configs, everything became normal
