The customer is a non-resident, can pay off. payments, SWIFT. How to receive funds safely?

Good afternoon,
There is a German company, GMbH, I can provide consulting services for it. Payment for services can be made ONLY by official payment. I issue an invoice to them, and on the basis of this invoice they make payment. In the purpose of payment they write: for consulting services for "Ivan Ivanov".
I got it in Ukraine without any problems ... but because of the conflict in our Donbass, I had to move to Russia.
Please tell me,
1. How can you receive funds so that it is without a puzzle and so that the tax authorities do not bite? Maximum amount per month approx. 2000 euros.
2. VO vode... - payment in euros. Is it needed for such transfers, if so, is it 20200?
3. Is it possible to declare such incomes, pay the necessary% of taxes and receive such payments without opening an IP without opening an individual entrepreneur?
4. I have a contract in the German edition with this customer. Translated into Russian, BUT!!! the translation is certified by a Ukrainian notary.
4.1 Should it be translated again?
4.2 The contract does not specify the total cost of the contract, the contract has no number. It's not a problem?
I will be glad for your answers and help!

There you can get free and (or) for a small fee legal advice.
a) There are too many questions at once. b) tax practices (and, in fact, the taxes themselves) differ depending on the region, roughly speaking, for the fact that tax officials in Rostov consider it normal, in Moscow you can get a fine, etc. etc.

What about using the PaySera service ?
Get yourself a virtual account to which you can ask to make a transfer (and give the data of a German bank - no hemorrhoids for the transferring party) withdraw money as a transfer from your bank - indicate where - and the money will be transferred (in Europe 20 minutes, to Russia up to 3 days) I to whom I recommended everyone is very satisfied - since the account (well, as the bank of the payer has all the necessary licenses in Europe at least) is virtual and you can spend directly from it in principle (taking into account the cost of transferring about 3.25 euros in rubles, see for yourself the price tag they have according to your needs) if anyone needs help there is an online chat and everything will be explained to you.
ps A link with my referral - it's nothing for you, but I get some kind of encouragement :)
