The cursor is in pixels. Why?

I recently encountered such a problem. The mouse cursor after a certain moment of turning on the computer becomes unusual. After a reboot, the problem disappears, but not for long. I didn't find a solution to this problem.
Very strange, but in the screenshots, the mouse cursor looks completely normal, so I'll show you a photo.605b2d8349b06285866296.jpeg

Check the mouse properties in the "Advanced mouse options" flags "Enable pointer shadow" and "Show pointer trail" (off by default). Maybe one of them looks like this?

(Regular) screenshots should not have a mouse cursor at all.
Conclusion: you have two mouse cursors. One is normal, and the other is drawn by some kind of program, which gets into the screenshots.
