The console in FireFox is not cleared, where to look for the problem?

From some point, the console in FF stopped clearing after pressing ctrl + r
Previously, after updating the page, the console was a blank sheet, but now everything is saved.
Where to dig?

Console settings - general settings - turn off continuous logs (uncheck)
