The console appears and disappears. How to fix?
On win10 cmd constantly appears and disappears. In event viewer it looks like this:

to the OLEG\oleg SID ( S-1-5-21-2735561747-2589248560-2654812256-1001) and the LocalHost address (using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable with SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be changed using the Component Services Administration Tool.
