The computer starts to slow down after a couple of days of work, after a reboot everything becomes normal, what should I do?

The computer starts to slow down after a couple of days of work, after a reboot everything becomes normal, I checked Dr web cure it, malwarybytes, sfc, dism - nothing bad showed.

Also, if it's important, when I boot, system interrupts take 100% of the processor, then everything returns to normal
