The computer on Win starts only after the second attempt to turn it on. And so every time. What does this mean?
Hello. Did a little PC cleaning. I didn’t go anywhere, I just took off the case fans and that’s it.
After that, a strange problem appeared: I start the PC, it starts, spins, spins, the beep gives its approval squeak, but the monitor writes: No signal Detected. I emergency turn off the PC, cut off the rear switch, wait 10 seconds, turn it on again - it turns on, the monitor works, everything works (although subjectively it seems that it starts a little slower than before).
The question is: which part of the system to think about? What could it possibly be?
It may still have some meaning that I turn it on through the UPS. But he had stood like that before, and this was not observed.
The problem was with the HDMI cable. After the replacement everything was fixed.

1 - DO NOT touch and DO NOT flash the BIOS and the card if there is no such experience. the result may not be positive.
2 - disconnect all wires from the motherboard and re-insert.
3 - if 2 video cards (integra and discrete) check the boot sequence in the BIOS, set the priority.
4 - try to connect another monitor
5 - try to boot from the integrated video card (if you have a discrete one)
6 - combine and apply the items in the required order
I will quote myself:

It's about capacitors
I had this situation: A computer with two video cards (discrete and integrated) turns on, not for a few seconds, the screen does not turn on. It will buzz the fans a little, turn off by itself, then turn on by itself, but already normally and completely. It was like that until the vidyakha burned out. Wait, one integrated viyadha turns on normally (once)
If I were you, I would start by flashing the BIOS, although it seems that this is not the case. And it would also be nice to indicate the names of your components. Well, in addition, you can rearrange the memory sticks in the slots. And if you have an nVidia 700-1000 series video card, then flash them too, perhaps most likely you have a DisplayPort connection and I would advise you to replace it with any other type of connection.
