Which handsfree phone should I choose (non-conference)?

Help me choose a phone for the head with a high- quality speakerphone.
Now there is a Yealink SIP-T46S, but it's terrible there. It’s hard to hear, but it’s worth turning 15 degrees away from the phone from the monitor and you can’t hear at all. There are no external microphones for this version.
Conference phones are not suitable, because you often need to pick up the phone and talk face-to-face. (the option of transferring the call to the hospital will not be considered by anyone, unnecessary unnecessary movements and too much).
Maybe someone knows what kind of IP phone thread for the head is good, with an additional dial panel. by type Yealink EXP40

Without preliminary preparation of the loudspeaker room, there can be no high-quality, not to mention the cost of microphones, etc.
What prevented you from attaching a headset to your phone?

Yealink generally has a problem with microphones, I don’t understand why the hell they make them “on the table”.
There is a solution - to make a remote mic, in principle, for any master of an average hand, business for 30 minutes - the case is opened, the native microphone is bitten out and a connector for an external one is displayed on the rear panel.
Well, the external one will already come across from the condenser ones.
Offhand, Cisco 88xx series, there is an additional panel for them for 100 bucks, well, this is what I now remembered offhand from the last one in my hands :)

The Snom 320 had an extremely good speaker, Digium phones also have good speakers, but there are problems with the additional panel in both ... however, you can not think and take something from the series from Panasonic KX-HDV (KX-HDV230) actually there and there is an additional panel, in fact this series from 230 and above is positioned as a series for the secretary-leadership.

Headset-headset strife.
Pay attention to the Plantronics with an elevator. Versatile, expensive, rich. Our tops love it. Especially, there are models, they immediately cling to both mobile and hospital.
And so, Avaya has the best speakerphone. But your premises are probably not very good, and you are unlikely to tie them to your PBX.
