The computer hangs at the same time, what could be the reason?

At about 12:08 every day, the computer freezes tightly, the mouse and keyboard go out with it, the screen does not turn off. There are no dubious errors in the system log, there is only a notification about a sudden reboot of the system after a freeze. No overheating, memtest memory passes with a bang, no viruses

Do you have any potentially heavy tasks on your schedule around 12? Well, there are updates, etc.
It looks like a lack of PSU power at the time of some peak load.
If possible, try replacing the power supply.

I encountered such a virus, which once an hour stupidly killed the system with about the same symptoms.

I even met a situation when the computer hung when guests came, and not all of them, but strictly defined ones, it turned out that the old Soviet call interfered with the network, when these guests chirped merrily by often pressing the call button - the computer hung up, demonstrated by turning on the radio, there were clicks of interference on the radio ...

It really looks like something is being turned on nearby.
Do I start drinking tea ?) Have
lunch?)
Something like that. This is provided that everything is ok with the software.
Change the PSU to another temporarily. Check the reaction.
Maybe some kind of program is being launched by the user at this time?
Tipo until 12 we drink tea, at 12 we open 1c)))
