The common core of Bitrix - how to fix broken websites?

Good afternoon. Several sites had one Bitrix license and one common Bitrix folder (respectively, a common database).
not knowing this and not considering the consequences, I redesigned one site (i.e., instead of Bitrix content, a WordPress site was stupidly flooded). after which all the other sites that previously functioned on Bitrix flew off.
as a solution to the problem - I understand that you need to return the Upload and Bitrix folders to the rest of the sites, but the problem is - where can I get them?
We will not discuss and snipe on the topic of why they are not in the Backups (
just in fact - is it possible to get them somewhere?
Thanks in advance.

You can download it from the official website (in order for the directory structure files to be created, you need to install it):
www.1c-bitrix.ru/download/cms.php#tab-php-link
Here, apparently, it will be important that at least the Bitrix version is needed (+ edition) Well, the license is correctly activated.

those. have the bitrix and upload folders been deleted? And they don't have a backup? And they need to be taken from somewhere out of thin air?

No backups, nothing. Ask the hoster for MB, look in the cloud, Look for backup anywhere you can. If you don’t find it, try to recover the data (xs in the VPS is it a channel or not).
There are no more veins. in the bitrix folder there were also site templates and all the code and in general the whole heart of the site

I understand that the question is hardly relevant, but maybe someone will come in handy. There is a way to download Bitrix modules while the admin panel is running.
