There is a task to auto-generate a huge pool of pages with a link "Section + filter value"
Examples:
m-shina18.ru/shiny/zimnyaya_avtorezina - winter tires
are generated from it through the filter pages of the 3rd level of nesting:

Winter tires Amtel
Mandatory requirements:
- on the site displayed as links
- in the admin panel it is possible to add text, title, title, h1, description, keywords ! title and h1 - different fields
Desirable: a single template for all tags (generation of title, description, keywords)
is there a ready-made component or solution for these purposes?
