The command to lock the screen from the terminal, analogous to ctrl+alt+l?

I want to lock the screen after 50 minutes. Installed alarm-clock, after the timer is over, you can set a command.
Only I don't know which one.
Thanks in advance.

Answer:
In systemd+gdm+gnome3 loginctl lock-session works. Still it is possible to dig and make through dbus.
This is not exactly what you asked, but I think it will be interesting: https://losst.ru/chto-takoe-dbus#_Dbus-5
