The combination of single-rank and dual-rank memory on the server. Is there a performance drop?

There is a two-processor server with 12 memory slots (6 per processor). Of these, 8 were used (4 per processor), filled with dual-rank modules. We bought 4 peer-to-peer modules. The suppliers we work with did not have 16GB dual-rank memory available, so we took a single-rank one.
Question: will there be a drop in computing performance in this combination of memory? Channel disturbances, etc. ?

Platform: SuperMicro SYS-1029P-WTRT
Processor: 2x Xeon Gold 6128
Old memory: 8x DDR4 Kingston 16GB 2400MHz DDR4 ECC Reg CL17 DIMM 2Rx8 Hynix A IDT
New memory: 4x DDR4 Kingston KSM24RS4/16MEI 16Gb DIMM ECC Reg PC4-19200 0MHz CL7

More likely to have problems than not. Your CL doesn't match either. In such situations, it is desirable to replace the memory completely, and not to buy different modules. Most likely, the timings of the slowest module will be selected.
Another thing is that the drop in performance and / or stability may not be critical. It is only you who can evaluate it.
