The COEX Pix flight controller does not connect to the UART share, what should I do?

Connected COEX Pix to a share via UART via telemetry connector TX, RX, 5v and -. In the settings indicated that the connection is via uart. I run the rostopic echo /mavros/state command and it gives connected = False. What to do?
