The choice of university and specialty is limited, what would you advise?

plan to enroll
From those specialties that are presented at evening faculties (I need to work and I can only study in the evenings, I don’t consider it a full-fledged tower by correspondence, there’s no way to study in the daytime, unfortunately)
Universities and specialties:
1) MEPhI-informatics and computer technology
2) Financial University under the Government - applied computer science (in economics)
3) MAI - robotic intelligent systems
I love mathematics, physics and computer science. English is normal, but not technical, I teach on my own
By workload: MAI 3-4 times a week, 6 years (because it is a specialty)
Fin.U- 3-4 times a week 4.5 years
MEPhI 4.5 years every day from Monday to Saturday (on Saturday elective physical education)
What would you advise within the limits of my ability?

In the CIS, the program does not particularly contribute to the development of developers, so it will not be so important which faculty, but how you will study in the program and outside it.
In addition, you set options, but did not say what you actually want to get as a result. Just choose a university for you?
My suggestion is to choose the one closer to home.

I would advise not to bathe and just study on your own. If you are able to devote your time to development, this should not be a problem. In 4+ years of evening exercises, you can learn anything.
I began to collect a list of resources useful to the programmer, there is material for many years to come

There is not much sense from the tower for the developer, because at the university they will give a matan, and then it turns out that none of the employers even need it :)
In unique, they can really drown for data science, but no one will say that you need to code there too be able to, and the general path in the study is very wide and long ...
If for show, then you can finish, just don’t really count on being asked for a tower for a developer when applying for a job. If there is, then it’s good (they’ll only formally ask and that’s it), and if not, then figs with her :)
