The cheapest 3G internet in Moscow?

Which operator has the cheapest 3G internet in Moscow?
Are there any tariffs without a subscription fee?

Infrequent use of the built-in 3G modem in a laptop is expected in places where there is no WiMAX.
Speeds of 64-256 Kb/s are quite enough, but it would be great to have something like "2 hours at maximum speed" like Yota has.

As I understand it, the cheapest one is 200 r. per month - from MTS. It is called BIT (limitless Internet for the phone). Quality (speed, coverage) IMHO appropriate.

MTS gives a limit of 5 MB per hour 200 rubles per month - Bit
limit of 15 MB per hour 300 rubles - Super-Bit
There are turbo buttons
I also now have AlloIncognito on megaphone networks - 5 rubles a day. the limit is 30 MB per day, at least a couple of times I downloaded 45 MB and even didn’t cut it. total 5*31=155 rubles per month. Like the megaphone itself as well.
In the subway, it catches on the ring better than MTC, on other branches it is better than a megaphone, I have not tested others. The megaphone also has a better connection. MTS is somehow stupid in this regard.
Although for some reason it’s a paradox - when passing through the Kursk metro, the network is sometimes completely lost and even air-mode does not help. Only a reboot of the phone - and again there is an Internet. Maybe it's because of the phone.
And so I switched to allincognito because sometimes I download something more than 15 MB per hour, and then I somehow don’t need to download a lot all day. Yes, and 30 MB per day for 150 rubles, or 15 per hour for 300 rubles, there is a difference.

If you fit into one gigabyte of traffic, then look for a tariff with cheap traffic from the beeline and connect this thing to it .

I don’t know how it is in Moscow, but we have the best offers at the megaphone, from 512kb / s to 1Gb per month for 150 rubles / month. IMHO bit nonsense, the hourly limit is nonsense, you can’t listen to a podcast, you can’t listen to Internet radio, you can’t download anything, you can’t download anything from YouTube. Even for surfing and then butt.
