The camera is not detected in debian, how to fix it?

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
Dear experts, please tell me how to make debian see the camera (camera no name)?

Looks like Bus 001 Device 008: ID 23c5:1478 is it.
Windows detects it successfully, but debian refuses.
Is there any solution?
Thank you.

@SquareWheel

See how Windows determines it (codes, models)
Search for firewood on debian using this data

Thanks for the advice.
In general, in Windows, the camera is defined as:
USB \ VID_23C5 & PID_1478 & REV_0409 & MI_00 I
found the driver, but under Windows.
Under Linux debian, ubuntu has not yet been able to find
