The cache on the site is not reset, what should I do?

on the server is isp manager 5 lite, it has 5 ip, on each site, 4 sites function normally, and one of them does not reset the cache, I can’t change css (ctrl f5 does not help), how to fix it?

Alternatively, use the ?v= trick - when v= is changed, the CSS file will be served from a non-server cache. <link rel="stylesheet" href="css/style.css?v=1">
