The best way to get a small amount in euros without getting into currency control if you are an individual entrepreneur?

Hello!
"One of my friends" needs to receive a single small amount (about 2000 euros) from foreign partners for the delivered goods. Partners are asked to provide them with a legit invoice. Can I invoice them just on behalf of an individual? Do I understand correctly that this is a pure formality so that they can report to the tax authorities where the money went?

Having studied a lot of information, there are several questions:
1. Payoneer seems to be optimal with a withdrawal in rubles. - do I understand correctly that if you withdraw in rubles, then there will be no problems? And if you withdraw in euros to a euro bank account, will you have to report?

2. I also liked ADVcash, namely the ability to change it through an exchanger for a personal card.

3. Maybe I complicate and make it easier to do everything officially by IP, can I send them the goods simply by Russian post or can this then lead to problems with currency control? What then are the pitfalls of this option?

What would you choose? Or maybe another option?

@opium

all these questions should be asked to your customers
, someone needs it just for beauty, someone needs it for reporting, and whatever will not work
in general, I make invoices for almost all clients in a Word or some kind of generator

it is optimal to receive money on a personal euro-account in Tinkoff and then it is profitable to exchange them for rubles.
with swift transfers up to 5000 euros / dollars - banks do not ask for documents, especially if you have an invoice (it will be the basis for payment for the bank)
you can also use Payoneer - but there you will lose about 2.5% on commissions / conversions
