How is the salary of project and sales managers in outsourcing formed?

Good day everyone. I was interested in the question, how salaries are usually formed for a project manager and a sales manager in outsourcing companies? I understand that it usually depends on the number of projects (which he leads / which he sold), but if in percentage or in money, how much is it usually?
Please answer not with guesswork, but who knows for sure (who is the PM or sales, or (co)owner of the outsourcing company)

Usually they don't pay percentages, they just pay a pretty good salary )
A person works 8 hours 5 days a week, and not on 5 projects or 10 projects.
Bonus payments upon completion of the project.
Sales are paid interest if he is a very vigorous sales, with his own customer base and even one soldier in the field, and this is usually also a salary with a small percentage for motivation, since the company usually cannot digest more than a certain number of projects and cannot scale up two or three times for several months.

In both cases, there may be different KPIs. For example, for PM I use the deviation of projects by deadlines and the cost of a man-hour paid by the customer (as an indicator of budget savings).
As an indicator of intensity, instead of the number of simultaneously ongoing projects, I recommend using the number of man-hours of work completed during the period under the control of this PM.
For sales, you need to choose KPI depending on the stage of sales for which he is responsible (it’s one thing to sit on cold calls, and another to hold meetings) and the company’s market strategy.
