I need to make a real-time voice processing program. For example, a person says something through a microphone, the program records and returns an audio file with a processed voice. Please suggest a good Python library for this task.

Start by saying that you tried this and this libraries, but they turned out to be "not good". Perhaps just for you. And explain why they weren't good for you. And what are your requirements for the "best" library. And for one thing, what do you mean by "processing" the voice. Then it will be easier for you to offer - who can, of course - something better.
