The best budget Android TV box right now?

Greetings to everyone, I recently bought myself a brand new TV from Samsung (UE55NU7090UXRU), and decided to buy an Android-based TV Box for it due to the fact that I really lack the built-in functionality of Tizen OS, and not so frequent freezes sometimes still force nervous (by the way, this is a separate issue, why the TV sometimes freezes tightly when working with Tizen OS). The main requirements for the set-top box are as follows:
* Support for 4K/60FPS
* Support for HDR10+
* The presence of a 3.5 mm audio output for connecting an analog audio system
* Free playback of MKV 4K BD Remux from external hard drives.
* Ability to install a number of essential applications from "untrusted sources"
* Ability to connect external USB devices (keyboards, mice, hard drives)
* Minimal lag, and good performance.
I read a bunch of reviews, tops, and reviews, and at the moment I settled on two options from AliExpress:
1. Xiaomi mi box S ( https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/FYu7FSW )
2. Mecool km3 ( https: //s.click.aliexpress.com/e/mGADZnxi )
The option from Xiaomi has already been tested and recommended by many, but the lack of a LAN output, a small amount of RAM and permanent memory, as well as frequent user complaints about problematic HDR display make such a good fly in the ointment in this barrel of honey. Mecool, on the contrary, is devoid of all these shortcomings, there is a decent amount of RAM and permanent memory, good performance in games, output under rg45, as well as a perfectly working HDR out of the box - on the one hand, this is an ideal option, but the brand is little known, and suspiciously low price lay some doubt.
There are, of course, many different, quite worthy options, but they all had to be thrown into the trash for the simple reason of the lack of 3.5 mm (that's how important it is for me). All sorts of Apple TVs out there, and Nvidia Shield also go by the wayside due to the rather high price tag, using a PC for 4K is also not considered for the same reason, although the option is definitely a win-win.
In general, who understands the issue, please help with advice.

And towards the thin client did not think?
For several years now, the Linux build with Kodi on board has served me well. It is controlled both from the remote control and from the phone. A bunch of plugins, support for emulating retro games inside Kodi. There is a separate Steam for heavier games.
+ All the charms of a real PC (upgrade and connect peripherals) and an adult OS.
In principle, you can also install Android x86 on such a PC.
