The backup service does not start (Windows Server 2008r2), what should I do?

Hello, there was a problem - the data archiving system stopped working. When I open it in Server Manager it says

Started the service "Block level archiving module service", then it was turned off again.
In the "System" logs:

The Backup Service component was uninstalled and reinstalled, but this did not resolve the issue.
sfc /scannow - no integrity violations
I would like to note that the service is running until I go to the "Windows Backup" snap-in.
How to start the service in this situation?

It helped to delete the archive directory with the command: wbadmin delete catalog
