Text, javascript-enabled console browser on Windows?

I searched both in Google and on Habré and found only elinks, but there is very limited support for javascript.
Tell me, are there any other options or only on nix?
Thanks in advance.

Describe the goals, perhaps there are other solutions.
For example, for automatic parsing / surfing, it is not necessary to use a console browser. You can use third-party software / scripts to control the browser through plugins.

for this you need to learn a bunch of api of those services with which you want to work.
of the ready-made monsters for social networks, there is yoono.com/ , for example.
I am now thinking of writing my own LJ client with integration with flickr, there are ready-made libraries for .Net for a long time.
I think that for popular social networks there are a bunch of ready-made libs on the same perl / python / rnp, so it remains to choose the language in which you want to write.
and you won’t be very satisfied with javascript alone ... although if you get a couple of years of full-time experience in it.
