Text editors won't open?

Code editors (phpshtorm, Intellij IDEA, backets, sublime text) have magically stopped opening. They just don't open at all. Writes nothing when opened normally, when opened through the console it says: cannot create user data directory: cannot create user data directory: /home/maxim/snap/intellij-idea-ultimate/159: Permission denied Permissions

What rights did they change to?
most likely in the / home / maxim folder there are files where the owner is root (see you did some operation under sudo), theoretically you need to assign all the folders in "your" folder to the user under which you logged in, most likely maxim
