Text editor for the manager?

Good afternoon!
An article on the site is filled with a large number of the same type of elements, such as quotes, pictures, headings, etc.
Is there a way to add ready-made pieces of code to the editor? So that when you click on the desired editor element, template html markup appears.

There is such a thing in Tinymce. To insert html blanks.
