Please advise an application or a site where you can test the pictures and description for the application. What will they look like after publishing

An incomprehensible question. Screenshot pictures are resized to sizes that can be viewed on the store's website , or in iTunes itself - take a screenshot of the window and measure it in some kind of Photoshop. Unless, of course, you care about size.
The description is ordinary, nothing special happens to it, the text is text.
And besides, after the review, you can change as you like, what text, what screenshots ...
