Terrible browser fonts

Please help me adjust the fonts. ArchLinux, Zenboox ux32vd
They look terrible, especially in Chromium.

After creating
$ cat ~/.Xresources
! Xft settings - Xft.dpi: 96
Xft.antialias: true
Xft.rgba: rgb
Xft.hinting: true
Xft.hintstyle: hintslight

and then applied the setting and the
xrdb -merge ~/.Xresources
situation changed for the better in OS interfaces, but not in Chrome.
As you can see the fonts are better in Firefox and good in Opera.

@ZeroBit

I realized that the problem was in the settings of the local user, because. under the newly created user the fonts were normal. Deleted the ~/.config folder in the current user. Fonts are back to normal.
